How to tie it in to current religious facts…
The Harvesters, whom I have yet to devise an appropriate name for (ie: what they call themselves), are supposed to be, according the to plot, His first Children.
According to myth, and prophecy, they chose to rebel against Him, as they grew jealous of Him and His glory, so He cast them from His realm, and into that of the mortal, as punishment.
The leader of the rebel faction was one named, simply, laeou Sphar.
laeou Sphar lives and continues to live in Darik’s time, only kol Unga just happens to be one of his favored whom was cast out with him. This laeou Sphar will NOT be revealed until the last book, Future’s Hope.
And just who is laeou Sphar?
laeou + S + phar = Lucifer
Lu + c + ifer
Now…
THINK very carefully before pursuing this idea…
Not all in His realm is as perfect as the Book says, or how else could Lucifer have been allowed to rebel in the first place?
There fore, who is to say that what is prophesied in that Book is truly set to come to pass? Lucifer is meant to perish, but what of ALL of his followers? Perhaps there are some who are suffering and seek His forgiveness and redemption? Thus the great rebellion on Zormenia? The plot does call for a civil war on Zormenia, in an effort to bring them back to Him and His realm.
He sent the mortal’s His Son and Messiah… who is to say that He can not send the Fallen Ones a Messiah?
Future’s Hope…
